Zakat House announced on Tuesday that the Kuwait Finance House (KFH) presented a donation of USD 900,000 for the relief of the Horn of Africa that suffer famine. Adviser of projects and external bodies in the Zakat House Adel Al-Jeri who received the check praised, in a statement during his visit to KFH's main center, the initiative of (KFH), which is one of the leading institutions in the field of Islamic banking, saying that it has always been keen to distribute its zakaah (alms) and donate to the Zakat House to assist it in the service of the pillar of Zakat and activating its role in society.
