LG Group, a major conglomerate in South Korea, said Sunday that it will hire 4,000 workers during the second half of this year, possibly helping ease the suffering of younger job seekers here. The group, which holds LG Electronics Inc. under its wing, said that it will employ 900 college graduates, 400 experienced workers and 2,700 others to fill technical positions during the July-December period, according to group officials.
