The price index of Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) rose 21.4 points upon closing of the Tuesday session reaching the level of 6, 396.5 points. Volume of the exchanged shares reached some 151.4 million, with a value of KD 26.1 million, for 2,763 cash deals. Indices of seven sectors rose. That of the non-Kuwaiti companies was the top gainer, 65 points, followed by foods, 35.8 percent, industries, 24.2 percent. The banking sector dropped 72 percent.
