Halle Berry reportedly lost her emerald engagement ring from husband Olivier Martinez.

Sources told TMZ the 48-year-old American actress either dropped or left the sparkler at the Acapulco International Film Festival in January 2014. Berry allegedly wears her gold wedding band because replacing the ring isn't a priority for the couple.

Insiders asserted Berry and Martinez have had "no discussion about divorce with an attorney." The explanation comes amid speculation about the missing ring and reports the pair are headed for a divorce.

Berry and the 49-year-old French actor met on the set of Dark Tide in 2010, and married in July 2013. The couple share 22-month-old son Maceo, and the actress is also mother to 7-year-old daughter Nahla with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.

The divorce rumors come amid news of several celebrity breakups. Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert, and Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani all recently split, while Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith also faced false reports.
