As many as 72 Daesh terrorists were killed on Sunday in clashes with forces of the Operation “Al Bunyan Al Marsous” in Sirte city.

Libyan News Agency (Lana) quoted a statement by the operation's media office as saying that its fighters fully took capture of sites where Daesh group members are stationed in Sirte.

The statement added the terrorists, who tried to flee the scene, were gunned down in Zouaoua area.
