An explosive device went off Wednesday near a Hatif Libya communication company headquarters in the Mediterranean city of Sirte, in central Libya.
The bomb caused damage to the company's building and its surroundings.
The blast rocked nearby buildings and could be heard from a long distance, witnesses said.
