A total of 35 Daesh members were killed in six raids launched by the Iraqi air force in western Anbar governorate, the military media cell of the Iraqi Joint Operations Command said.
The raids targeted six Daesh vehicles including an armored one.
The Iraqi forces also defused 30 explosives in northern Ramadi city in Anbar, a source at the Anbar operations room said.
Meanwhile, the forces rescued three families who were escaping from Daesh-controlled areas in Salah Eddin governorate.
The forces also killed a sniper affiliated to the terrorist group during the rescue operation.
