One person was killed and two others were wounded in a blast of two landmines in northern Syria on Wednesday, a police source said.
The first mine blew up in a village in eastern Al-Hasakah city in northern Syria, killing one and wounding another one, the Syrian news agency reported.
The second blast took place in southwestern the city and left one wounded.
The two mines were planted by Daesh militant group before being forced by Syrian forces and other regime loyalists to retreat from the city.
