More than 120,000 Syrian regime troops and loyalists to President Bashar al Assad have been killed since the outbreak of the 45-month armed conflict in the country in 2011.
Of all, 10,949 personnel died after Syrian President Bashar al-Assad assumed office in July 16, 2014, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said Friday.
