British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond stepped up pressure on MPs to back British airstrikes as he insisted Daesh could not be defeated by just 'cutting off its limbs', according to Daily Mail.
Prime Minister David Cameron will 'make the case' for targeting Daesh in their headquarters in Syria this Thursday, before giving MPs the weekend to consider the plan.
Hammond today warned it is 'morally unacceptable' to 'outsource' the destruction of the terror group to other countries, with France and the US carrying out repeated bombing raids in Syria.
