At least 10 Daesh terrorists were killed on Saturday when the Washington-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SFD) raided Daesh stronghold city of al Tabqah.

The SFD managed to advance 1.5 km toward al Tabqah following fierce clashes, Russia Today channel quoted sources as saying.

Besides killing dozens of Daesh terrorists, the SFD inflicted heavy losses on the militants and seized large quantities of heavy weapons and ammunition.
