Units of the Syrian army killed tens of militants among the Daesh group and Nusra Front in several parts of the country, a military source said.

The army thwarted an armed group’s attempt to infiltrate into Tal Asfar in the northeastern countryside of Sweida province and killed many of the militants.

An army unit also killed a number of “Jabhat al-Nusra” terrorists to the south of Tal Mashara in the countryside of Quneitra southern province, destroying a vehicle equipped with a heavy machine gun.
