General Antonio Guterres

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres condemned the attack on Saturday that targeted a bus convoy on al-Rashideen area in Syria's province of Aleppo, killing dozens of civilians. 
He expressed condolences to the families of the victims of the incident and wished a speedy recovery to those injured, stressing the need to bring those responsible for the violent act to justice. 
In a statement, Guterres called on the parties to ensure the safety and security of those waiting to be evacuated. 
Civil Defense in the Syrian city of Aleppo announced that at 100 people were killed and 500 injured in the attack. 
A suicide bomber driving a car blew himself up in al-Rashideen area next to a gas station where buses carrying people from the besieged towns of Foah and Kefraya. 
Thousands of people and militants from the towns of Kefraya, Foah, Madaya and Zabadani had been evacuated to Idlib and Aleppo under the Four Towns agreement reached between the Syrian government and the armed opposition.
