British Prime Minister Theresa May is unlikely to announce a deal Wednesday to stay in power with the smaller Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) after a fatal tower block fire, the DUP said Wednesday. "The talks are continuing but I think the events in London today probably will have some impact on that.
