13 killed, injured in suicide attack at central security camp in Aden

Three Yemeni soldiers were killed early Wednesday while 10 others injured in an assault that targeted a central security camp in Aden.

The attack began when a suicide bomber blew up his car near the camp, followed by militants storming the Solaban base.

Three soldiers at the camp were killed while 10 others injured, including three in critical conditions, after being bombed by an RPG missile after the explosion, Aden police said on its Facebook page.

The armed militants, who were wearing Yemeni army's uniform, managed to seize the camp and were fortified by the command building, it added.

The central security forces in Aden are currently conducting strikes against the terrorists who occupied the camp, Aden police noted.
