Lebanese actress Maguy Bou Ghosn praised, in an interview with Arabs Today, the great success of her last Lebanese movie "Welaane", in which she played the leading role beside Lebanese actor Carlos Azar.
Bou Ghosn said that her first movie "BeBe" in 2013, which considered to be the number 1 movie in Lebanon with over 152,000 admission tickets within 14 weeks, and the two other successful movies "Vitamin" in 2014 and "Al Sayyida Al Thaniya" in 2015, were all highly advertized and said to have had a huge admission tickets.
She added, "It is nice to find that your dreams attract attention of others as they touch their daily lives, and I always care about spontaneity in my movies without any exaggeration… and this transparency gained the people's love and confidence."
Bou Ghosn continued that "Welaane" was produced by Eagle Films, and "it had a victorious several days at the box office, overcoming all expectations." The Lebanese actress appreciated the good work of the whole crew who participated in the movie, which has satisfied all tastes.
Bou Ghosn concluded, "I will continue my acting career, and I currently prepare for a new social-comedy series which will be aired in Ramadan 2017."
