Actress Horia Farghaly expressed her pleasure for the positive reaction to her role in her new TV drama show “Case G”, saying that she exerted increasing efforts during this series as she was performing two roles of twins. She added that she exerted a lot of efforts to be able to perform, stressing that she was keen to follow the reactions of fans whether in the street or on social media networks.
She revealed, during an interview with “Arabs Today”, that she ended the filming of her role three days before the holy month of fasting of Ramadan, saying that this provided her with an opportunity to follow the reactions of fans since the beginning of the series. She also denied what was published over her decision to retire, saying that such rumors come undermine success of her new TV drama show.
She added that this series is a challenge especially after her last series “Witch of the south” that was a great success. She also is excited to work with Ahmed Zaher whom she loves and respects. The series is written by Fayez Rashwan, directed by Hussein Shawket, which made Horia more excited about this series.
She will play the roles of two twin sisters, one has a PhD in Business Administration and runs a medical facility, and the other is unemployed. The two of them have many differences that will turn their life upside down with a lot of suspense and social action.
The series has a lot of action scenes, but this wasn’t a problem to Horia as she has trained for them with a specialized coach. She is also waiting for her new movie with actor Majid Al – Kadwany “Artificial Labor” to be released, confirming that she worked very hard on it and hopes the audience will like it.
The movie is about a married couple that wants to obtain a travel visa to United States, when the husband finds out that, his pregnant wife is taking bills to accelerate her baby delivery to give birth in the American land, so that the child would be a US citizen.
Horia talked about her inability to have any children of her own, saying that she has some tumors in her womb that prevented that, and her doctor recommended her to get marry within the coming 10 years if she wanted to have any children, but she didn’t met anyone, so she had to remove her uterus. This disease is genetic and her grandmother went through it before.
Horia used to ride horses since she was 8 years old. She also loves painting, playing the piano and guitar, along with raising pet animals.
