Rogina says “Kafer Delhab” moved her away

Egyptian actress Rogina expressed her pleasure for the notable success her new TV drama show “Kafer Delhab” achieved during the current drama season of Ramadan, saying that she received increasing positive reactions to her role. She stressed that she is extremely happy for the notable success she achieved, saying that she did not expect to achieve such success.

She added, in an interview with “Arabs Today”, that what attracted her to participate in the new drama show is the different nature of her role, saying that she is keen to diversify her roles. She added that she was expecting that the new show will achieve high rates of views among the audience due to its scenario and the increasing efforts exerted by all members of the staff. She added that the TV drama show pushed her to move away from her family.

She praised also the show’s director, saying that he managed to prove his efficiency during the filming of the different scenes, saying that the show’s leading character Yussef Al Sherif was the first to recommend her for the role. She expressed her appreciation to the Egyptian actor, saying that he enjoys increasing popularity among the Arab fans and he is keen to keep the fans’ confidence in all over the Arab world during his different roles.

She said that she waits the production of huge cinema work to return to the cinema during the coming period, adding that the preparation of such work will start after the drama season. She stressed that she prefers to participate in the collective works, as they contain a large number of superstars. She added that such works meet the aspirations of fans.

She expressed her pleasure for participating with theatrical performance “Welcome Ramadan”, saying that it achieved notable success and large profits. She added, “I was aspiring to participate in theatrical performance. I seized the opportunity to participate with the superstars and other factors of success.:”

She continued, “After success in TV drama, I cannot turn to the cinema just for presence. I have not received any suitable role during the recent period.” She added that she has to choose her roles carefully whether in television, cinema and theatre. She stressed that each work in which she participated has special memory in her heart as they led her to the current success.

She stressed that she considers herself lucky praising the role of Director Mohamed Samy for the shift in her career, as he turned her from the roles of kind and romantic girl. She described Samy as the genius director. She expressed her hope to work with him in cinema, saying that he will help her to provide unforgotten works.

Regarding her family, Rogina expressed her appreciation to the role performed by her family to support her in the career, saying that many people call her the mother of girls. She added that she hoped to give birth to a boy, while she became happy with her girls.
