The Undersecretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, received the Kuwait ambassador to the Sudan, Bassam Mohamed Al Mubarak, and discussed with him means for developing and cementing bilateral relations between the two countries.
The Undersecretary, Abdul Ghani Al Naeem, commended the steady progress in the relations between the two countries, which he underlined, is reflected in the exchange of visits between senior officials in the two countries saying relations between the Sudan and Kuwait, stand out all along their history.
The Kuwaiti ambassador to the Sudan on his part has commended the recent visit by the president of the Republic to Kuwait and his support for the close and friendly relations between the two countries and peoples.
The ambassador has also commended the Sudanese expatriates working in his country and their good reputation, saying the Kuwaiti businesses opt for the Sudanese nationals in the various domains.
He said his country look forwards to reactivation of relations of cooperation with the Sudan in the various domains.
