French President Francois Hollande said the attack on police officers in Paris is likely "terrorist-related." Speaking after the attack on the Champs Elysees, he said security forces would be vigilant during the forthcoming presidential election.
"We shall be of the utmost vigilance, especially in relation to the election," he said in a televised statement.
