H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, has issued Emiri Decree No. 15 of 2017 to amend Emiri Decree No.13 of 2016 on levying innovation fees. The decree shall go into force from the date of signing.
The decree amendment states that a new article shall be added under the title "The transactions related to all the services of the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry." The decree will be published in the emirate’s official gazette and will be circulated to all authorities concerned for implementation.
The decree has been published after reviewing the provisions of Emiri Decree No.11 of 2011 on the issuance of the financial law of the Ajman government and the related regulations and resolutions; on the Emiri Decree no.15 of 2012 on the Finance Department in Ajman; and on Emiri Decree No.13 of 2016 on levying innovation fees; and after reviewing the documents presented to His Highness by the Ruler’s Representative for Administrative and Financial Affairs.
