The military investigative judge, Fadi Sawan, issued on Monday indictments against 12 people, including five Lebanese and seven Syrians.
The Lebanese citizens were accused of shooting at the Lebanese army in Baalbek, while the Syrians were charged with belonging to terrorist organizations and participating with them in the war in Syria.
