Prince Dr. Turki bin Saud bin Mohammed, President of King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), has received the ambassadors of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) States.
During the meeting, Prince Turki briefed the ambassadors on the KACST role and tasks in supporting and implementing the national researches within the National Transformational Programme 2020 and the Kingdom Vision 2030, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
He added that the city seeks to diversify investments and encourage the technical entrepreneurship in the Kingdom.
Finally, the GCC ambassadors had a get-acquainted tour of the city, SPA reported.
