Detroit slugger Miguel Cabrera and New York Yankees catcher Austin Romine came to blows Thursday as three brawls led to multiple ejections in a spiteful Major League Baseball game, won 10-6 by the Tigers. Yankees manager Joe Girardi and New York relief pitcher Tommy Kahnle were tossed from the game in the sixth inning after Kahnle threw a fastball behind Cabrera's head. Players from both dugouts and bullpens poured onto the field in wild scenes as Romine was ejected for the first time in his career and Cabrera for the ninth. Yankees relief pitcher Dellin Betances and bench coach Robby Thomson were ejected in the bottom of the seventh inning while Tigers reliever Alex Wilson and Detroit manager Brad Ausmus were thrown out of the game in the eighth.
